Rebound makes movement feel different.

A rebounder offers a low-impact way to work on cardiovascular fitness, coordination, balance and confidence.

Classes pair music and energy with attention to alignment, form and individual comfort. Adapted one-to-one movement support is also available through the Care pathway.

Consistent movement does not have to mean pushing harder. It can mean finding a pace you can return to.

Helpful Rebound questions

Understand how the approach connects movement, manual care and nervous-system regulation before you choose a class.

Is Rebounding just a trampoline fitness class?

Not at Innergetic. While it is fun and active, the Rebound approach is designed by an Osteopath to combine rhythmic movement with coordination, balance, body awareness and sensory-motor practice. It supports the brain-body connection as well as physical conditioning.

I have joint pain or I am recovering from an injury. Is Rebounding right for me?

A rebounder provides a lower-impact surface than walking or jogging on hard ground, and sessions can be adapted to individual capacity. Suitability still depends on your condition and stage of recovery, so contact Innergetic or your healthcare professional before booking if you have pain, a recent injury or medical restrictions.

Why combine Osteopathy and manual therapy with Rebounding?

Manual care can help address mobility, tension and structural restrictions. Guided movement then gives the body an opportunity to practise coordination, stability and strength in that changed state. The combination is intended to support progress beyond short-term symptom relief.

How can this approach support chronic stress and burnout?

Rhythmic movement, focused attention and breathing can offer the nervous system a predictable pattern and a chance to shift toward a calmer state. Responses vary, and the program does not replace medical or mental-health care, but it can become one supportive part of a broader recovery plan.
