The Innergetic vision
Treatment and movement belong together.
For years, wellness has separated treatment from movement: people visit a clinic to be “fixed,” then go somewhere else to work out. Innergetic was created to offer a more connected path.
As an Osteopath and holistic visionary, Tamara Williams recognized that manual therapy is only half the equation. Supporting the body’s capacity for self-healing also means helping it learn to maintain movement while the mind and nervous system find regulation.
Innergetic brings clinical osteopathy, lymphatic drainage and specialized manual care together with Rebound and mindful movement. The goal is to help the change experienced on the treatment table become something people can strengthen, protect and sustain in everyday life.
